The Barley Mow is a traditional, family-run rural pub located in Upper Heyford, near Bicester. It serves as a community hub and is notably the only pub in the village, situated near the Oxford Canal. The pub features a refurbished bar (as of early 2024), a log-burning fire, and a large enclosed garden with a children’s play area.
