I enclose the latest copy of the hare’s list which takes us into October. The list has been updated to show recent revisions, for example ETs barbecue (not to be missed). Copy is on web page and also sent by email.
PLEASE look at the list to see if/where your name is shown and take on board whether you can meet that commitment. IF NOT, then please let Maraschino or myself know ASAP to allow for others to step forward.
However, if you CAN meet that commitment, then please let us know proposed venue to allow for updates and also for other hares to avoid duplication.
Its great knowing we have such varied venues.
