Who mentioned beer?

Sunday 19th March, meet for an 11.00 start at the Vale Brewery, Tramway Business Park, Ludgershall Road, Brill, Aylesbury HP18 9TY. Your ”mine host” is Thrifty Gaffer.

You know the form already. You start at the top of a hill so the only way is down; but pause for a moment when you are by the windmill (if we go that way!) and take in the magnificent views over various counties, it is abolutely breathtaking.

Continuing on that theme, your hare will be trying to take your breath away (cue for a song?) as we descend to the lower depths of who knows where? It is truly like sitting on top of a compass when you are at Brill, and the possible trails can take you North, South, East or West (apologies for plagiarism N.E.W. Cotswold Hash House Harriers).

I’ll give no more clues, I’m just happy that Jimmy Bruder, Operations Director of the brewery, agreed to open up specify for us the day after their own open day. Imagine how busy local pubs will be on Mothers Day.

So, come all ye hashers from far and wide and make this golden opportunity worthwhile for Jimmy’s efforts. Oh, and support the hare…

Beer from the brewery, What’s not to like?
